SMS and notification management
Choose how customers hear about their orders. Each event has its own text message switch and its own in-app switch. Login codes are separate and are never affected by anything on this page.

Push notifications
Push messages appear on a customer's phone or browser even when the store is closed. Customers choose to turn them on themselves, and can turn them off at any time. They are a separate channel: they never change your text or in-app switches. Everything starts switched off.
One-time setup steps
- On your computer, run
npx web-push generate-vapid-keys. You get a public key and a private key. - In Supabase, open Edge Functions, then Secrets, and add
VAPID_PUBLIC_KEY,VAPID_PRIVATE_KEYandVAPID_SUBJECT(written likemailto:you@yourdomain.com). The private key goes only there, never in a website file and never in a message. - Deploy the
send-pushfunction (keep "Verify JWT" on). - Paste only the public key into
vapidPublicKeyinconfig.jsand upload the site again. - Turn on notifications on your own phone from the store page, press "Send test push" here, then switch on the events you want.

New order alerts
When a customer places a valid order, you get a prominent notification with the order number and amount. The lock screen shows only the customer's first name and the number of items, never their phone or address. Orders from test accounts never send an alert.
Accounts whose orders never alert
Use this for your own practice accounts. Orders placed from a test account are marked as test orders and send no alert.
- No test accounts.
Staff accounts
Create staff, choose exactly what each person may do, and switch accounts off. Staff sign in with their phone number and password. No text message is sent.
Give this to the staff member now. It is shown only once and cannot be viewed again. They must choose their own password when they first sign in.

Support inbox
Problems customers report (you can chat with them), order complaints (mark them read and the customer is told) and return requests (approve or decline with a note). Customers are notified of your replies and decisions. The list refreshes every few seconds while this page is open.
Accounts waiting for deletion
Customers who deleted their account are held here for 30 days. If one contacts the Customer Centre, check who they are first (for example by calling the number on the account and asking about a recent order), then restore or decline. Your name and the time are recorded. A restored customer must switch device alerts on again themselves.

Shop categories and their pictures
These are the picture cards under "Shop by category" and the filter buttons on your store. Upload a picture from your phone or computer (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 6 MB). A wide picture works best. Changes appear on the store as soon as you save. A hidden category stays out of the store but keeps its products.

Slideshow and moving headline
These are the big pictures at the top of your store and the line of text that scrolls under the menu. Changes appear on the store as soon as you save. If you remove every slide, the store shows its built-in slides again.
Slides (up to 6)
Upload a wide picture, for example 1800 by 900 pixels. PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 6 MB. You upload the picture from your phone or computer; you never type an address.

Newsletter subscribers
Email addresses people typed into the Subscribe box on your store. Only you can see this list. Remove an address to stop including it; the person can sign up again.
Clear test data safely
Removes only orders and messages you have marked as test. Real orders are never touched. You always preview first, a backup is saved before anything is deleted, and you must type a confirmation phrase.
1. What is marked as test
An order counts as test when it belongs to a customer account you marked as a test account (Dashboard > New order alerts > Test accounts), or when you tag it below. Test accounts themselves are never deleted here.

Messages you sent (mark the ones made while testing)
2. Preview (changes nothing)
This is what would be deleted
3. Delete
A backup of these rows is saved first, so you can restore them. Nothing is deleted if either box below is wrong.
Backups
Each backup holds the customer details of what was deleted. Keep it as long as you may need to restore, then discard it. You decide how long; this page sets no time limit.
No backups.
Customer Centre details
Shown to every visitor in the Customer Centre section and footer of your store, and to a customer whose account is waiting for deletion. Leave a box empty to hide it. Only fill in contact details that are real and answered.
Export and import
Download a copy of your catalogue, or add and update products from a JSON file. Imported products are matched by ID; nothing is deleted.
